WHY ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY IS A FOUNDATION FOR FOOT ZONING

Image
Knowing the map of the foot zone is extremely powerful, and you can accomplish some major health benefits by understanding the basic map.  I experienced this as a new student. I learned all four phases of the foot zoning and practiced them for six months before my first class with Dr. Ersdal, father of foot zone therapy.  Once I met Dr. Ersdal and began to learn from him, I realized how important knowing anatomy and physiology was for me, as a practitioner, and for my clients to get the best benefits. Let me explain why.  When Dr. Ersdal came to the U.S.A. to teach, most of his time was spent, helping students recognize the physiological patterns and conditions of the body through acupressure signals in the feet.  I didn’t know until my first class, but Dr. Ersdal expected us to have already taken a college-level course in anatomy and physiology.  I found this out once I had an opportunity to visit with him.  During class, I was mesmeriz...

FOOT ZONING THE CRANIAL NERVES FOR YOUR EYES

Image
Did you know that you have 12 pairs of cranial nerves, for a total of 24 cranial nerves?  Wellness Life Zone, Foot Zone Academy has discovered all acupressure points associated with each one of these cranial nerves.  Wellness Life Zone Practitioners trigger these acupressure points, stimulating the body to activate these cranial nerves at a normal line of health. Cranial nerves control many body functions such as, smell, eyesight, eye movement, facial sensations, nerves to the teeth, equilibrium and hearing, taste, respiration and more. Of the 12 pairs of cranial nerves, four pairs of nerves are dedicated to the function of your eyes.  Today I will be discussing these nerves and their functions. Cranial nerves (2) – The optic nerves are sensory nerves for perimetry and used for searching the visual field of both your left and right sides up to 180 degrees, while looking f...

SUGAR DETOX

Foot zoning supports all systems of the body and helps the original thriving blueprint of the body to come back to its normal line of health.  However, it’s also important to live a healthy lifestyle, and eat properly.  Every system of the body is designed to be supported by the intake of healthy foods.  The body is meant to break down and utilize natural foods.  When the body receives an unnatural diet, it is very harsh on all the organs and systems because man-made products are not designed to be broken down and absorbed by the body.  Therefore, the body exhausts itself trying to break down unnatural molecular structures, and to rid them of the body.   Eventually the body starts losing ground with such substances and becomes backed up and depleted of the nutrients it does need. Simple sugar is one of those ingredients that is pure poison to the human body.  In fact, Dr. Oz teaches that if sugar is one of the first 5 ingred...

Does Foot Zoning Help You Fight the Corona Virus?

First and foremost, if you are a practicing Foot Zone Practitioner , or a client wanting to schedule a foot zone session , be mindful that it is important to follow all local, state and federal regulations and guidelines given for the coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. Each state and city will have slightly different guidelines so be sure to keep up with the latest news updates and local news. At this time, most wellness centers, including massage therapy and foot zoning , etc. are closed due to the COVID-19 to protect the spread of the disease. However, some practitioners are working by appointment only and client scheduling sessions far apart to avoid extra social contact.
